H.E. Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri,Minister of Economy, witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between NodeShift and Qareeb Data Centres at the UAE Pavilion during ‘VivaTech 2025’ in Paris
This Memorandum of Understanding establishes a strategic partnership between Qareeb Data Centres, a Bahrain-headquartered developer of 2–8 MW edge data centre sites across the GCC, and NodeShift Limited, an Abu Dhabi-based provider of sovereign AI cloud software. Qareeb will leverage its edge data centre infrastructure to make NodeShift’s one-click AI deployment platform available to customers across the region, addressing local data sovereignty requirements. Both parties will collaborate on joint sales, co-marketing, customer support, and go-to-market initiatives to expand AI and Web3 solutions across at least eight Middle Eastern countries.
